Music in Tuscany- Lunigiana celebrates the advent of summer with a wealth of music and festivals; ranging from the series of open-air concerts held in its’ towns and villages during July and August ‘Lunatica’, to the important outdoor opera season dedicated to Giacomo Puccini at Torre del Lago.

Painting in Tuscany - Tavernelle, and its’ environs are a haven for artists and enthusiastic amateurs. A painting competition is held in conjunction with the annual festa, and artists easels are frequently in evidence on the narrow borgo.
